Maintenance Team
As the Technical Manager at Unique Secure Facility Solution, you will oversee the technical operations and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service and that all technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Maintenance Activities: Lead and coordinate the technical team to perform routine and preventive maintenance on all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Technical Support: Provide expert advice and troubleshooting for complex technical issues that arise within the facility. Ensure that all technical problems are resolved efficiently and to the highest standards.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage technical staff, ensuring they are skilled and knowledgeable in their respective areas. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
System Upgrades: Assess and recommend upgrades to existing systems and technology to enhance operational efficiency and facility safety. Oversee the implementation of these upgrades.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and best practices.
Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of technical supplies and spare parts. Ensure that the necessary tools and materials are available for maintenance tasks.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Prepare and present reports on system performance and maintenance metrics to senior management.
Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures for technical failures or facility emergencies. Be available for on-call support as needed.
